Terms and Conditions

By placing an order with us you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

First time customers of The Real Dill must pay in full prior to the shipment of their first order. In order to receive credit terms, Wholesale Account must submit a credit application and ACH authorization to be approved by The Real Dill.

No products purchased from The Real Dill shall be resold by or through an online auction or a third party online marketplace (such as Amazon, Easy, eBay, or other similar sites) without the express written consent from The Real Dill.  

No products purchased from The Real Dill that are intended to be for food service use shall be resold as retail items to end users.

No products purchased from The Real Dill may be resold or redistributed to any other entity for re-sale without the express written consent from The Real Dill.

No products purchased from The Real Dill may be re-packaged, re-labeled, or modified in any way without the express written consent of The Real Dill.

Any claims made against products or invoices received must be communicated within 48 hours of having received the product or invoice from The Real Dill.

All sales are final. No returns will be permitted. If the Wholesale Account receives product that is in unsellable condition, has a quality defect, or is mislabeled the product will be replaced or refunded by The Real Dill.

Orders are approved based on availability of products ordered. The Real Dill does not guarantee the availability of any products, but will do its best to inform the Wholesale Account of any changes to product availability.

Wholesale Account agrees that The Real Dill is not liable for any misuse or misreprensetations of the goods by the Wholesale Account or end user and indemnifies The Real Dill for any legal actions that emanate from such actions.

I agree that I will not allege to consumers that I manufactured these products myself, nor appointees of myself.

The Real Dill reserves the right to change the terms of this agreement as necessary. Quoted prices are subject to change, without notice, however The Real Dill will do its best to keep Wholesale Account informed of any changes.
